Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Hair by Harlie Hayes requires a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation a 48-hour notice is required. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file. Same day cancellations/reschedules will be charged the full service amount as I will no longer be able to fill that appointment time with such late notice. No shows are included under this policy and will be charged for the entire amount of the service booked. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation I will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.
NO CALL NO SHOWS & LATE APPOINTMENTS:
No call no shows are the full service amount plus processing fee and is automatically charged immediately after being 15 minutes late or more with no contact. If you’re running late you need to contact me to avoid any miscommunication or fees.
